【 研究背景 】

配合國家第三期太空科技發展長程計畫方向需求,進行衛星系統主系統、通訊、遙測、AIS、ADS-B、地面控制站等次系統設計架構與功能加以實測分析,研究後制定規範,協助研發能量,並訂定技術成熟度(Techno1ogy Readiness Leve1s,TRL)層級技轉至產業應用,同時配合國家太空第三期計畫所需的技術、培養計畫所需的人力,並完成相關研究報告書,以擴大太空、航空、國防、海洋、交通運輸等相關部會及產業界投入太空產業。


【 研究目的 】

本研究主要針對國內各項航太計畫之背景與現況做一探究,探究之內容著重於專業航太領域人才訓練與設計規劃地面控制站雛形建置;參考國家太空計畫模式與訓練及各國商用衛星發展。研究以衛星軌道分析、模擬及各類AIS系統轉換做了相當詳盡的說明外,亦以AIS系統的研究及討論,適當地提出實用的分析及重要的實例導衍和驗證。


【 執行成果 】

目前已針對玉山衛星利用AGI STK Tool Kit衛星模擬工具完成模擬分析,包含軌道設置分析、衛星電力計算及與地面基地站通訊時間點分析,並針對任務進行相對的衛星場景設定與分析,藉由評估分析對於任務規劃與次系統參數優化。此外,藉由本專案對基地站布建設置之分析,與不同軌道通訊最佳化之分析,用以延伸更多的附加價值。


【 Research Background 】

【 Research purposes 】

This research mainly focuses on the background and current situation of various domestic aerospace programs. The content of the research focuses on the training of professional aerospace personnel and the design and planning of the prototype of the ground control station; refer to the national space program model and training and other countries. Commercial satellite development. In addition to a fairly detailed description of satellite orbit analysis, simulation and conversion of various AIS systems, the study also uses AIS system research and discussion to properly propose practical analysis and important examples for derivation and verification.


【 Implementation results 】

At present, the simulation analysis has been completed using the AGI STK Tool Kit satellite simulation tool for the Yushan satellite, including orbit setting analysis, satellite power calculation and communication time point analysis with the ground base station, and relative satellite scene setting and analysis for the mission, through evaluation Analysis for mission planning and subsystem parameter optimization. In addition, through the analysis of the base station layout and the optimization of different track communication in this project, it can be used to extend more added value.
